Unable to Access Music Share from Roon Rock

Brand new setup
ROON ROCK (Roon's linux image) running on NUC8i7BEH, 8GB RAM, 250GB SSD
NAS is QNAP 219P+
Followed Roon installation guide:
-Updated bios
-Installed ROCK from USB - Version 1.0 (build 219) stable
-Installed codecs
-ROCK web UI accessible by IP address (all ok)
When I try to add the NAS network share, I get “There was an unexpected error: Unexpectederror” in Roon
I have tried entering both by path (\\nas\share) and smb (smb://ip address/share) with same result.
I have enabled SMB3 on NAS:
[~] # smb2status
smbd (samba daemon) Version 4.4.16
smbd (samba daemon) is running.
max protocol SMB 3 enabled.
I can access the music share on the NAS from Windows 10 machines and Sonos has no issue getting to the music library.
Any ideas out there?
