Qsync won't sync large files

Hello,

I have two computers syncing some files to each other using Qsync.
Main computer (A) connected to QNAP using LAN.
The second computer (B) (at office) connected to QNAP using Qsync.
The second computer is actually backing up some of my Quickbooks backup files that need to be stored as an archive to QNAP.

I have noticed this problem for a few months now (did not occur long time ago), that files that are around 90MB+ in size, is not synced, although if I put the files that I want to backup in the QNAP/Qsync folder the status in the QNAP Qsync utility will change to 'Synchronizing', however in the end after some time of 'Synchronizing', these files would never ever show up in the QNAP folder it is intended to be. I checked the event log, however despite 'Synchronizing' status occurred when I put the large files in the Qsync folders, the log shows no record of syncing these large files at all.

Using the very same computer (B), the very same sync folders, I had no trouble uploading files at all, as long as the files are small in size. Such as text documents, or pictures.
