Qnap DLNA server showing a wrong folder name on TV etc

I have a problem with the names of folders viewed on the tv and in vlc on the phone using the qnap dlna server.
The shared folders have differant names in the file system, I have checked that the names of the folders are correct in permissions under shared folders, so why does the tv and vlc show 2 of the folders with the same name, though the contents are correct and not duplicated as the path settings are correct.
If anyone could guide me to a solution I would be very grateful, other than that the qnap dlna server work as it should, it is just me being picky wanting it to be correct but can live with it.
