Dear all
What is the easiest way to access files within NAS for a non-tech user? I only know of myqnapcloud.com way. I am myself a pretty non-tech person. Will anything allow us to access files of NAS through Windows Explorer? If not, and if download/upload process is necessary to access these files, is there any 3rd party app which makes it easier other than browsing the files through a web browser?

Do NOT expose your NAS to WAN ... that is a prime way to get your NAS hacked and all your files held for ransom

Only ways to access your NAS from WAN is a VPN (no that doesn't costs anything)
or
MyqnapCloudLink (tunneled via QNAP servers, does not expose your NAS)
Best way to share select files over the internet is onedrive, dropbox, etc
