Authentication on the single folder

Hello,

we have a TS-473 with local and AD users that can log on the QNAP and see folders.
There are 4 folters with folder permission specifically setted for every user (local and AD), is possible to set a further autentication for these folders? The idea is to make a user log on the QNAP as always and when he triest to access a certain folder make mandatory to re-authenticate with user and password. If possible, how we have to make it?

Either the user has access or not, there is no reauthentication
