Firmware 4.5.4.1741
please can anyone help with this:-
when i go to shared folder in control panel it report wrong number of files and folders
see attached, note the number of folders in homes and web etc

Hi Dave and welcome to the forum. 
Have you manually refreshed the file and folder counts? (Click the
icon to the right of the relevant shared folders).
If the numbers still appear to be wrong (you haven't said what they should be), then you may have a bunch of hidden files leftover from various QTS operations. This was asked-about quite recently: viewtopic.php?f=185&t=162722

i did a refresh. then used wscp to check and the values are about right. I forgot this would include all sub directories and files too
