Permissions are not working via QVPN/QBelt?

I'm using TS-230 with latest firmware 5.0.0.1986. I've enabled advanced permissions.
I've created a folder that is called OfficeData shared folder and subfolders as follows:

OfficeData
|_ Personal
|_ Alice- Bob
|_ Carol - Bob

The personal folder has the permissions R/W for Alice, Bob and Carol. The Alice-Bob folder has R/W permissions only for Alice and Bob, and likewise with Carol on their folder.
When I access the folders in the office on the local network, everything works fine. Alice, Bob and Carol can only access their folder, and other users can't access either of the folders.

When I access the NAS through VPN with Alice user, all the other folders are working according to the right permission. But through the VPN Alice can't access the Personal folder at all, and on the same time on her office computer everything is working fine. The VPN and the SMB sharing works with the same user. How could it be possible? Any suggestion welcome.
