Can he change the password by himself
in anyway.

Hi,
ASAIK he can only change a password if you grant him admin's power ie your admin password. Then he would need to ssh on your station and change the pass.
You might as well do it yourself...

it is not inconveniet.
Releaseing admin's pw is may harmful to nas too.
