Hello, i recently was given a Honeywell HD45IPX IP cam, and i was able to add the cameras as "Generic Model", but in doing this you cant add motion detection and various other elements the camera offers. I have read that these cameras are rebranded "VIVOTEK" cameras, but not sure which brand. When will the HD45IP/X's be added to SS? And is there a way to find a current compatible SS profile that might work better than the "Generic Model".

You would need to ask QNAP this question : https://helpdesk.qnap.com/index.php?/Tickets/Submit
However - it's a pretty old, low-spec camera, so not likely a priority.
The product literature doesn't mention 'ONVIF compliant' but it may be worth checking by using the Windows tool 'ONVIF Device Manager' from sourceforge.net
If the camera is picked up - ONVIF events, if any, are shown on the Events page.
Cameras that generate ONVIF event notifications for motion can use the SS 'ONVIF ProfileS' model type for motion detection recording.
TS-431+ as primary storage and media server and a bunch of IP cams under Surveillance Station.
