I cannot get MP4 files as a Surveillance Station alarm output while using my camera. The output is AVI files even though I tried a few different Camera configurations (under Event Management -> Motion Detection recording) like my Camera's Brand and Model (Reolink C1 Pro)and the below:
ONVIF ProfileS Cameras
As MP4 output file format is more popular across devices and this is also possible with my camera's native app, is there a SS setting I missed?
