I recently sold a QNAP to a client and a major incident happened an hour ago with the police on the scene.
And guess what!!! The freaking dam QVR client did not want to export the footage. The police are like WTF is this that it doesn't work.
I looked like a total idiot - THANKS QNAP for that.. I could not find a fix anywhere despite being on the latest firmware. No patch or new version of the QVR client was available anywhere.
THANK FREAKING GOODNESS you uploaded a copy here! I could jump down the internet and give you a million dollars for doing that.

One more thing. The AVI export seems to be corrupted or something but the MP4 compressed version seems to work fine.

all best reported to qnap via ticket .. otherwise it may never get fixed
