hello, I have such a problem, when the client is running on Windows, the hard disk space where the program is installed runs out very quickly, only real-time viewing is running (writing through a translator)
latest firmware tvs-872xt
latest firmware QVR Pro Client
Tell me what and where to change so that it does not fill the disk completely with temporary files

Re: QVR Pro Client
I’ve never experienced this although a separate rather than onboard graphics card is required in my case. I use a 10 year old but reasonably (for the time) specified PC. I would open a call.

Please check this path and observe which file using up too much hard drive space.
C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\QNAP\QVRProClient

Re: QVR Pro Client
I have 2 Windows computers, and an iMac, and the hard drive is filling up everywhere
I just don't understand why this happens on all machines
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

Re: QVR Pro Client
All temp files created by QVR Pro Client locate at AppData\Roaming\QNAP\QVRProClient
It seems it is not your case. Maybe temp files created by anti-virus software?
You should try official support

Maybe the server settings need to be changed? Or client settings? so how does this happen on all 3 devices?e2204588 wrote: ↑Wed Jan 26, 2022 3:10 pm All temp files created by QVR Pro Client locate at AppData\Roaming\QNAP\QVRProClient
