Disintegrated picture on the monitor mode

Hello ,

I install an ONVIF camera succesfully and it connected too. There is a normal picture on the camera overview menu ( thumbnail picture is OK) I can move the camera with the PTZ too. When I choose the monitor funtion the image is disintegrated. This is similar to the sync problem
Is there any idea?
