Can't login to surveillance station

I can't login to Surveillance Station, getting an error message "incorrect userid and password" (admin/admin). I've tried everything, but it's not cooperating. Any ideas ?

Versions have been recently upgraded for both firmware (4.2.4) and app utility (5.1.1.3.1). I am using QNAP NAS model TS 251+

I've had similar problem couple of days ago on Internet Explorer, but in the same time on Chrome I was able to login.
I solved it in IE by deleting all cached passwords and browsing history, etc

*(Backup) TS-112/0,5GB - SurveilanceStation for 2 x cctv cams; RTRR of CCTV live recording from TS-253A; RTRR of all shared folders from TS-253A
