Surveillance Station 90 to 99% CPU casued by process ptzd ?

Post by Eddertonman »

Hi

Using TS 453A 8gigs Ram all the latest firmware and Apps
Surveillance Station with 3 Onvif cameras and my CPU creeps up 99% and is being driven by 1 process PTZD

Any ideas what it does and how I stop it talking all my CPU.
I have removed Surveillance Station and reinstalled - removed and reinstalled all cams.
No difference
System resources says :-
PTZD PID 5535 Sleeping 91.11%

Any help would be great

Same problem here.
TS453A 8GB, 4 Onvif Cams.
Since SurveillanceStation_5.1.0.5_20160530_x86.qpkg all packages has same problem.
From 4.3.3.fw I can not downgrade to 5.1.0.5. package (last good working), because of x64.

I hope this bug in Surveillance S will be fixed soon because it exits thhrough 10 version. :(

It would probably be a good idea to contact QNAP via a HelpDesk ticket to ask for the solution : https://helpdesk.qnap.com/index.php?/Tickets/Submit
TS-431+ for storage and media and a bunch of IP cams under Surveillance Station. TVS-473 as files backup and QVR Pro.
