Hi All,
i'm having no end of trouble with the live view and playback areas of the Surveillance Station.
I cannot get the web live view or playback functions working, they just say to install the addon / add to Intranet sites lists.
I have done this and nothing works. I then read that there is no support for 64bit browsers.
So i turned my attention to the QVR Client software.
I installed the latest version I could find (QMon_5.1.0_20160129) but it opens up with this "RGError" popup, i can click ok but then there is nothing I can do. (i have "v build 20170322" in the left menu) but no actions to perform.
If i Use the older version of QMON (QMon_20150630) i don't get the error but I only get a blank page.
Tried it on 2 different Domain Joined Computer and 1 workgroup (all win 10 64bit)
QNAP TS-451U (Version 4.3.3.0188 16/05/2017)
Surveillance Station 5.1.1.4.2 (2017/03/22)
Windows 10 64bit.
The live view and playback functions work on the Mobile App (Vmobile)
I have also tried the QVR software on a Mac and it works fine.
everything is just over the Local LAN.

Re: QVRClient RGError
I have the same problems. It seems to be the update from QNAP Surv. Station or WIN 10 Pro 64bit Update ...
i tried many features, but no chance. Now use mac-client from QVR and the mobile version Vmobile (that works).
anyone ideas?

Re: QVRClient RGError
Not sure if this is any help and im not even sure its what fixed my problem becuase i had a similar problem.
I the QVR pro app you'll need to create a monitor type or view type (cant remember what it is called )where you define how many cameras you want to view.
Regards

Re: QVRClient RGError
Just installed QVR Pro. Looking good so far.
As a "newbie" to QNAP and QNAP apps I really appreciate all tip I can get.
Thank you!
