Cameras " Incorrect User name or Password" shown in surveillance station

Hi all,

My Qnap VS2208-Pro+ can search the cameras IP automatically and i can choose the camera to "add"
After i insert the 'user name' and 'password', i press the 'test connection' button under the black field.
It keep showing " Incorrect User name or Password".

But I can use the same user name and password to login cameras by browser....
I tried to change the cameras user name with password and this situation keep occur..

May I have any solution of it please ??? Thank you all~!!!!

Make sure that the correct ports have been set for the (unspecified) camera.
TS-431+ for storage and media and a bunch of IP cams under Surveillance Station. TVS-473 as files backup and QVR Pro.
