backing up cctv footage

Post by scott.adamson »

Hi, we recently purchased 2x TS-1673U-RP. One unit has been setup with QVR Pro Gold, the second unit is intended to be used to provide a secondary / backup copy of the recordings. Just wondering if someone can provide any guidance or advise on the best way to achieve this.

thanks

Hi, I want to backup the recordings in a way that can be easily recovered if the QNAP that runs QVR pro dies / is destroyed, there is a very high importance placed on the availability of the recorded footage.

thanks

So use HBS and RTRR to replicate the QVR folder(s)
