No audio at recordings

No audio at recordings

I have a QNAP TS-431 and a TP-Link NC450 Camera (supported from qnap). I have connected the camera with the nas and i can record fine. When i play the recordings (with any player) i have no audio. At the properties of the recording (file) it says that there is no audio track.

Is there any settings i have to make to record also audio? is there any bug? or i just set up something the wrong way?
