open recorded video from external link

hello
i use qvr pro and i was wondering if is possible to open a camera (or more) in a given time from an external program, something like a rtsp link or in another way
i know from a program i made where and when i have to check for possible shoplifting and i was thinking on add in the program a play button for auto-open the video in the right time
is possible?
