Hi,
I've AMCREST camera model IP4M-1051 which is configured with QNAP surveillance station.
Video is recorded properly, but the audio isn't.
I've checked the configuration at qnap side and I don't see any audio channel configuration or settings.
Am I missing something?

I'm guessing it was a matter of selecting the 'Video&Audio' stream as opposed to the default of 'Video' in the camera web GUI.
TS-431+ for storage and media and a bunch of IP cams under Surveillance Station. TVS-473 as files backup and QVR Pro.

Hi, sorry for my late reply!
Indeed the issue was with configuring the AMCrest and QVR Pro (I think the issue was mainly with the AMCrest configuration).
