Surveillnace Station not recording events

Hello,

I have been a long term user of Surveillance Station for many years. I have 7 cameras and in the past they all recorded events, however lately I noticed that only one of them records events and I have no idea why.
I have contacted support Qnap but not answer... hopefully the forum can help me.

This is what I have: TS-269L with 4.3.4.1029
Cameras are all Foscam and connected (even if the Test button fails every time) and working

On Event management I have this and so on for the rest of the cameras:

It has been working for a long while with no changes so no idea why is not working now...

Any help would be great!

Ok, it turns out that the account used needs to be an admin one.

I was hoping to use a visitor one but I guess that is more Foscam area...
