QNAP NAS Community Forum

Hi all.

I'm looking for a cheap tabletop camera that I can record from using Surveillance Station. What specs do I need to meet to ensure compatibility? Is the codec all that really matters? If I get anything that's H.264/265 would I be good?

What makes a camera a 'Cloud Camera' and do I care if I'm using a TS-251 w/ Surveillance Station?
