Problems with Surveillance Station

Hi to all...
From march 2019 (indicatively) I have had problems recording video from the cameras and after an update of the surveillance station (unfortunately I can't remember which one) :(
The problem is that the Surveillance Station no longer records videos when it detects movement  ...but it makes snapshots correctly.
I searched and tried a lot of solutions found on internet but without result. :x
Now I have reconfigured the Surveillance Station as when the video recording worked but also after the last update, unfortunately the problem persists.
In all this time I hoped that the Surveillance Station updates would solve the problem, but unfortunately nothing has changed.

Please can anyone help me? :|
Thanks for the support
Adriano

Check in the camera web GUI that the motion detection settings are still set as needed and enabled.
Perhaps the camera has stopped sending event notifications for motion.

I already checked all params in the Camera Web GUI.
i think that the motion is correctly detected, because Surveillance Station takes snapshots on motion detection (or do I miss something?)
