QVR Center basic user how to restrict PTZ

Hi all, i am setting up QVR Center to allow users to view all cameras from several QNAP servers.

• I have added the remote servers in QVR Center (under an admin account - rightly or wrongly)

• Added a user "basic" in QVR Pro on the remote server (no PTZ)

• Added a user "basic" in older Surveillance Station on the older remote servers (no PTZ)

• added a matching user "basic" (non admin) in QVR Center (to match the "basic" user in QVR Pro and Surveillance Station units )

The issue I have is when a user connects to QVR Center as "basic" I cannot prevent this basic user operating PTZ (the "basic" user in QVR Pro and Surveillance Station do not have PTZ permissions)

I am aware accounts on QVR Center and QVR Pro are separate entities (god knows why!!) - but how do I achieve fine grained permissions in QVR Center?

Then there is of-course, i could probably NOT add the remote servers as the "admin" account BUT - how do i get the "ptz" account login on QVR Center to operate PTZ?
