API or other to enable registration

Hi all,

Is it possible with external control to turn on/off "Enable the Alarm Recording" in Surveillance Station of a QNAP TS-469 PRO?
Either with an API or by a command http://www.MonQnap... See my attachment.

(Sorry if I'm not very clear but my English is very poor! :oops: )
