ESCAM QD900 anyone?

Hi!

Just getting started with Surveillance Station and look for affordable options for outdoor cameras.
1080p, good quality video 24/7 and good wifi range. Would this ESCAM QD900 I found be a good/ok option?
It's a djungle out there and the compatibility list is a bit long (to say the least), but at the same time, many of the camera brands I've look at isn't on there, which makes this challenging.
So, to sum up. Any good suggestions will be very welcome!
