QVR Pro Index Rebuild Hung

I started an index rebuild on a channel that is about 700GB but its been 20 plus hours with 0 percent complete
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

Hi, did you ever fix this problem? I have the same issue with the rebuild stuck at 0% and I can't find a way to stop the indexing process.
