QVRPro Event Management broken

QVRPro 1.4.0.3 Event Management is not working.
I have reinstalled QVRPro and still not able to create events.
Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?

!Fixed.
QNAP Support had to do direct inject to clean up records that caused event management to fail. I am grateful of the support.
