QVR Pro Client for MacOS

Hello everybody.

Does someone use the QVR per client on MacOS?

I can start the client, but it wants an update.

And when I click download, he wants to download the new QVR PRO from the domain of the TS-253D.

But finds nothing
TS-253D 16Gb RAM

I had to install new firmware this morning and as a result of the "upgrade", I lost connection to all my clients - Android, Windows and iPad.
I did eventually clear down the creditentials and got them running, however...
I am also having problems running the QVRPRO server application.

I'm in the same boat. Server upgraded to 2.0 and Client says it needs to update but it can't download from the server.

I have latest Firmware and QVR Pro.

QVR Pro Version 1.3 is too old when i try to connect and QVR Pro can be downloaded here
https://www.qnap.com/de-de/utilities/surveillance.
The download link on qnapsecurity will download the outdated 1.3...

Your see the local download in your NAS QVR PRO (click on the 3 dots and download client..)

But the client does NOT work on High Sierra ^10.13...


QVR Pro : QVRProClientMac-2.0.0.20210315.dmg
MacOS: 10.13

@QNAP:
Please fix this and provide a correct installer

As this thread has been reopened, an update that this was resolved by the QVRPro update.

I did it and the answer was;

Due to Apples App rules, QVR Pro 2.0 is only allowed to be installed on Mac OS X > 10.13

Version 1.3 works with 10,13 but NOT with QVR Pro 1.4 and 2.0

Well i have no words for this answer... Knapp is unable to provide proper clients and it is not apples´s fault....
