Problem with starting the Surveillance Station service after upgrade QTS

I have a problem with the Surveillance Station service. With the software 4.4.3.1439 everything worked as it should, but since the update to 4.5.xxx I still have the same problem, i.e. the Surveillance Station service cannot start. Do you have any idea how to deal with this problem ?

tried to uninstall and reinstall surveillance station?

otherwise a good idea to open a ticket with qnap

I cannot uninstall the service because there is still information "starting", it cannot be turned off and the application itself does not start. If no one has an idea, I have to make a service request to QNAP ...
