[QVR Pro] broken

Post by xaviler » Fri Apr 16, 2021 5:18 pm

Dear Communtiy,

i hope someone is able to help me, getting QVR Pro back to run.
it was running nicely on a TS-670 Pro with version 2.0.0.0 - but after the Upgrade to 2.0.0.2 the app stopped working ... error/failed to start.

i tried removing the app and reinstall - but it didnt work.
so i tried removing the app / delete folders and wanted to reinstall with inial setup ... but allways get error [ install error 4000, 5000, 7001 , ... ]

tried also reinstalling container station with new folder.
also changed (disabled) Control Panel >> Privilege >> Shared Folders >> Advanced Permissions
right now i am on QTS 4.3.6.1411
Container Station 2.0.957
QVR Pro 1.3.0.3

the installation and inital setup went without error through, but when i open the qvr pro i get this error:

user.cgi?func=get_all false

can anybody please help me to get qvr pro back running?

Have you opened a call with Qnap?

yes, now there is a ticket open with qnap. they have looked into it and maybe found the reason in the new qmail 3.0 license [ask me to deactivate / reactivate it]
but sadly this wasnt the solution yet.
i am still hung on the problem, that qvr pro cannot be installed right [init_setup stops with different errors 3010, 4000, 5001, 7001, ...]
looking into some log files on the system and found, that the container qvrpro all cannot be loaded and found.
reinstalling container station with different versions and now folder didnt solve the problem yet.
if anybody has any idea how to solve this i would be very happy.
if qnap support finds a solution, i'll send an update here
