QVR corrupt Database after Qlocker - what to do?

Our TS-473 gets hit by the ransomeware. The Problem is, that the qvr app stops to show recordings in the timeline window. The settings for the cameras still work and we can have a look in the live streams.
We see that the motion controlled recording seems to work, but it is not possible to access these recordings. The recordings do not show up in the timeline window.
What is to do, to recover the functionality of the QVR App?

best to contact qnap via ticket

not sure where qnap stores the recordings..in- or outside of the qvr container (I guess outside if they got encrypted)

The recordings were on a second storage pool and got not hit be the 7zip encryption, but the AppDB and AppData was on the DataVol1 and got encrypted.
I created a ticket, but that will surely take some time.
I uninstalled the QVR App and reinstalled it. It asked to restore the config, what i accepted. So the app is back with the settings AND WITH THE PROBLEM.
