QVR Pro - Can't access recordings

I have a TS-453Be set up with 5 cameras and QVR Pro (licensed).

It's successfully recording raw data from the cameras to my NVRData volume for streams and NVRData2 volume for events. I can see a whole structure in each of these for each camera with dated folders up to today, and lots of 64MB files. Cameras page shows the cameras are recording just fine.

However, when I try to access the recordings in QVR Pro Client it says "no recordings" for each camera. Similarly, if I go to recordings file explorer, it takes me to a QVRProRecording folder on my MAIN drive (DataVol1), which has QVI & Standard format folders, with subfolders for each camera... but the folders are empty.

If QVR Pro getting confused with the odd storage pool setup, or is something deeper going on?

I would open a call with Qnap. The only recordings I can’t see with QVRPro are those over 14 days old .

I have the same problem - started recently.
I have re-indexed, re-installed QVR Pro, and still no success.
