QVR Pro Client can't see new camera

I am running QVR Pro 2.0 on a TS-453D. I have 6 cameras installed using "Camera Settings" and all 6 cameras give a green check mark when I test them.
However, in the QVR Pro Client running on Windows 10 the app only sees the first 5 cameras. The sixth camera does not appear at all in the camera list on the left of the screen and the view pane just says "Camera removed".
I have tried reinstalling QVR Pro Client and nothing changed. I tried deleting an reinstalling the camera and nothing changed.
Same thing on my Android client, I can only see the first 5 cameras.
Any ideas how I can get this camera to appear in the camera list in QVR Pro Client?
