EZVIZ Camera Compatibility

Post by theincogtion »

I am trying to connect the EZVIZ CP1
I selected generic rtsp and tried to enter the data.
This link is working in VLC
rtsp://admin:password@192.168.0.166:554/H.264
The test works but I cannot see any picture or video at all.

Hi,

I have the same issue with an EZVIZ C3X. It works perfectly in VLC using rtsp://admin:<pwd>@192.168.1.56/ , no need to add an url, it is ignored by the cam which sends its h265 stream anyway.
But when trying to add it in surveillance station, it seems to connect at test setup, but video parameters can't be set and nothing is received from the cam.
I tried various googled url's like /h265_stream in the example below, it doesn't change anything.

Any solutions yet? I have a C3X too. Same issues...
Also have a C3W which works perfectly. How weird?!
