Snapshot Attachment Issues

Just bought an Reolink E1 Zoom for use with my NAS. Trying to use QVR Pro to send an email when motion is detected.

Problem is the camera detects motion and the email is sent and received BUT the attached snapshot is a greyed-out box rather than what is on the cam.
.
I have succeeded in getting the properly formated attachment using Surveillance Station but it does not have the convenience of an Android client app.

Can anyone offer any help / experience?
