Reolink E1 Outdoor and E1 Zoom keep disconnect and idle all the time

Reolink E1 Outdoor and E1 Zoom keep disconnect and idle all the time

I have TS-869 Pro who served me for years without problems.
I have been using Surveillance station for security and had two cameras on it, Reolink RLC-423 PTZ camera and Annke CZ400, both work without problems.
Recently bought one more license to add one of two cameras that I bought in addition, Reolink E1 Zoom and E1 Outdoor. Both refuse to work, keep idle, disconnecting... E1 Zoom is even listed in Surveillance Station in config, but it behave same like E1 Outdor.
What could be wrong with it?

Edit:
Looks like there is a problem with 3rd channel, purchased one.
When I move some of new cameras on the 1st or 2nd channel, they work just fine.
When I move some of old cameras that work just fine on 1st and 2nd channel to 3rd channel, they does not work.
Looks like there is some license problems.
