Hi,

I know,,, I know,,, The Qnap recommend using the QVR Elite for surveillance, but sadly is extremely slow and stop recording out of the blue, so I return to the good and old Surveillance Station.

My question is, knowing is a old app, there's some hope to Qnap update the Android App VMobile to authenticate like QFile?
My request is because I don't wanna open a bunch of ports on firewall, creating NAT rules just for surveillance.
QFile and the QVR Pro Client works great, just extend the functionality to the good and old VMobile?

Firewall, open ports, NAT? Seems like accessing from external to home?
If so, I recommend to use a VPN.
