Tech support helped solve the problem

Our software engineer had found some similar cases and built a new QVR Smart Client : to fix this issue.
Please install this new QVR Smart Client in HD Station APP Center manually ( see attached picture), then verify this issue in QVR Smart Client again. Let me know the result. Thank you.
