Surveillance Login Screen Blank

Hi.
I am having a problem with Surveillance station login screen.
When open the link from the App Centre, I only get a blank blue background image page, but no login prompt appears.
I have removed the application, restarted the NAS, and re-installed, but no change to this problem.
Seeking any advice on how to troubleshoot fixing this.
