/cgi-bin/camera_view.cgi - blank page

Hi all.
I have been trying to set up the surveillance station as my IP camera only has a small cache and I need to record longer clips.
I have enabled the service on the NAS but when I click on the surveillance station icon and it heads of to the default page to start setting things up
http://192.168.0.2:8080/cgi-bin/camera_view.cgi
I just get a blank page, no errors or messages.
I have a a 209
I have tried this on different machines and with different browsers.
Am I just missing a setting somewhere?
I currently have my camera FTP'ing files over to the NAS using a built in function on the camera.
Current firmware version:3.1.0 Build 0708T
vista x64 sp1
