I have recently upgraded my PC from Vista to Windows 7 (32 bit) & everything is working as it should be except for Playback.
The problem is that in "Playback" mode when I click on the "Play" button on a selected .avi file the playback window which is on the left just disappears leaving just the top black banner.
This feature was working perfectly in Vista but no more.
All the other features of Surveillance Station are working Ok, even the Live View.
I have tried the normal things such as 1). removing the x 5 Qnap activex components & reinstalling, 2). Refreshing my IE8 browser with F5, 3). rebooting the Qnap, but all with no luck
The Qnap concerned is a TS-109 Pro running 3.1.0 0708T
Does anyone have any other options or ideas that I could try please?
