Hi.
I just installed that camera at a customer, based on the fact it is supported by the 3.1 firmware.
I can have all functions working, but no recording is made.
Does someone has an idea on how to solve that problem?

No specific experience with this camera - some cameras require to be accessed using a privileged account, typical "view-only" accounts sometimes do not work.
From the DCS-5220 we see it is primary MPEG4, if there is a selection to alternate video stream formats, configure it to MPEG4.

I've noticed that the folder Qrecordings does not exists in the shares and I think that coud cause the problem.
I've created it manually, but no success.
If I use the option "restore default shares", will I loose the other folders created for that customer and the contents of the shared ones?
