I've configured two cameras into the app; both test out fine, one is a generic JPEG camera(Camdeor) the other a Panasonic BL-C111.
When you go to liveview for either camera you just get the liveview background and a 'please wait' pane which never changes or times out. If you close the please wait pane nothing happens.
If I then look at home page, both cameras are there, and are reported as recording ( normal shows gigabytes ) but on playback there are no files to view.
I'm running 3.2.1 Build 0104T
Any ideas??

The IP Cameras you used are in the compatibility list, so those should operate normally. http://www.qnap.com/pro_compatibility_camera.asp
For further check, what browser and OS do you use? Surveillance Station supports IE and 32bit OS only.
And could you help me a favor? Updating to the latest firmware and checking that issue again. It would be very help for us to resolve this problem.
