Night camera recommendation

Hi

I am looking for a wireless camera with pan/tilt, audio, motion detection, and will work in darkness.

Similar to how our baby monitor camera works with IR LED's that light the subject and you can see clear black and white in total darkness, and color in the day.

Any recommendations?
