Change Recording Dir

Hi,
I'd like to know if it's possible to chg recording directory. I'd like to use an external disk (esata) to save there the camera outputs and avoid stressing hdd nas.
ANd..I've got qn tS239 WITH TWO LICENCES FOR 2 CQMERAS. is it possible to make an upgrade for 4 cameras?
