I can't thank you enough for your help.
I flashed with UPG_ipc3309p-w7-M20-hi3518-20131129-234855(1).ov (I guess my camera is ipc3309p) and it is working fine again. What a relief

I found a website with intérressant may be a younger Firmware. I flashed my IPCC-B12 and everything seems to work. All camera with
3400-ov9712a should walk in them. The camera responds better and faster. By cons, always WebUI 1.1.1 and motion detection is still not good.

I found here:

You have to use Chrome with the right mouse button to translate ^^

Thanks Nosphe. I found that too. Bought this camera one month ago, like it. But motion detection still not as good as I expected. I will still looking for new firmwares. My mark is sunvision

I have HI3518E + OV9712 camera, which camera make/model in surveillance station setup is compatible?

You will get continuous recording using 'Generic RTSP' as you know the RTSP string.
If you know the 'ONVIF port' (not always the same as the web GUI port) you should be able to get continuous recording using 'ONVIF / ONVIF ProfileS'
The very good open-source Windows tool 'ONVIF Device Manager' from sourceforge.net will show you the ONVIF port in the URL at the bottom of the 'Identification' page, and lots more info besides.
You might find some useful info in these posts: http://forum.qnap.com/search.php?keywords=onvif+port
And also how to enable motion detection recording if the camera has a setting for destination folder in its FTP configuration: http://forum.qnap.com/search.php?keywor ... on+account

Re: Onvif 2.0 Camera Not Working (IPCC-B10)
Hi, Has anyone had any trouble setting up email notifications on the IPCC-B10? Mine used to work when SMTP relays accepted clear SMTP over port 25 but I can't find any mail services that will accept an SSL connection from my camera. I assume this is an SSL version issue? gmail suggests it accepts SSL on 465 as well as the newer TSL\STARTTLS on other ports but haven't had any luck. The camera doesn't give any info the web log regarding success or failure of mail delivery, only a notification that a mail event occurred.
Does anyone have any knowledge of this issue and a way to make it work?
