Hi everyone.
First off, I am not a tech guy, just a small business owner trying to get this to work. When I am logged into a windows computer via a work/school account, I am not able to access my NAS via the file explorer. I keep getting a "logon session not specified" error.
Talking to QNAP customer service, they said that Windows is trying to connect via a Guest account, but they do not know why.
I do know this is an ongoing problem, because it happens on all of my qnap NAS devices.
Does anyone know a method for successfully addressing this so I can login on my NAS account?
Logging in via Work/School Microsoft Account

Re: Logging in via Work/School Microsoft Account
Do you have Domain users/groups synced to your NAS ? Without it that, there would be no corresponding user/group accounts on the NAS to authenticate your access
