Problems accessing some shares with Windows 10

Sorry for asking this question that I know has been asked alot, but I can't find a solution.

First of all: I'm NOT a network guru.

I have had an old QNap NAS for some years now (TS-209), and it has been working great.

After I had to downgrade my working Windows 10 PRO to a Windows 10 HOME due to hardware change, I no longer can access SOME of the shares on my NAS. I don't have to type in username/password on those, but the one I cannot access asks for username/password. I have tried every possible combinations, without luck.

The strange thing is that I CAN access all from my laptop running Linux Mint. There, I also is asked username/password, but I use the combination I always has done and that works perfectly - only not in W10.

I can't see any differences on the shares.

Please help me, because I use the NAS as backup and would really like to get it to work.
